NewTek Announces Transfer of LightWave 3D Business.
NewTek, a Vizrt group company, has agreed to transfer its LightWave 3D business to the team "LightWave Digital" led by Andrew Bishop.
Mr. Bishop is one of the prominent creators in the animation/VFX industry in Europe and the United States, and has contributed to LightWave 3D sales in the UK while spreading LightWave 3D to the UK and European markets. Currently, NewTek and Mr. Bishop are at the stage of finalizing the details of the business transferee, and will report as soon as there is progress.
